Connecting You to Community Resources

Sometimes the support you need exists beyond Helpline House core services. Our team connects community members with trusted partner organizations and programs throughout Kitsap County and Washington State. Whether you need housing navigation, utility assistance, or specialized support, we’ll help you find the right resources and guide you through the process.

Housing Support Services

If you’re worried about housing or at risk of losing it, we can help. Housing support services assist individuals and families with finding and keeping stable housing through housing navigation, landlord coordination, rental support, and case management. We also provide referrals and connections to community resources to help address barriers to long-term housing stability.

Housing & Utility Assistance Program

If you’re struggling to pay rent or utility bills, help is available. Helpline House’s Housing & Utility Assistance Program provides financial support for rent, utilities, and related housing costs to help individuals and families remain safely housed. The program also offers guidance and referrals to address underlying challenges and support longer-term housing stability.

Scholarships

If cost is a barrier, scholarships can help. Helpline House offers scholarships that support access to education, enrichment, and children’s sports activities, helping reduce financial strain for families. These scholarships support learning, healthy development, and participation in everyday community activities.
